When I was getting divorced, it felt like there were so many legal terms being thrown at me and I didn’t have a clue what they meant. My lawyer only had the time to explain things about the process and what we were negotiating briefly, and I found myself intimidated, scared and anxious throughout the process.

The bottom line was, I needed to be educated and I just wasn’t. There was nothing out there back then to help break down the divorce process into an easy-to-understand way, and to help me gain clarity in decision making.

Enter Kimberly Miller, Certified Financial Planner and divorce attorney turned founder of PartWise, her divorce education platform that has me practically doing jumping jacks because I think the idea is so brilliant.
