Divorce Mediator, Founder, Intentional Divorce Solutions

“Your head is likely spinning from all the changes you are facing,” says Divorce Mediator, Leah Hadley.  Not only did Leah go through a divorce personally, but she has spent several years helping individuals and couples get divorced, providing them with the tools they need for a happy, healthy post-divorce life.

Leah, who truly shines in assisting couples with complex financial situations, is also incredibly sensitive to the emotions those going through a divorce face, which is why she offers divorce support through a coach and through support groups. The goal is to help those getting divorced be in the best emotional place they can be so that they can make the best decisions during and after divorce. I love Leah’s enthusiasm, compassion, and extensive experience, and I am honored to call her a Divorced Girl Smiling trusted professional.

What people are saying about Leah

“I knew going into my divorce that a great attorney was essential. What I found to be even more important, was having a seasoned professional who understood the financial aspects and future implications of our legal decisions. Leah was able to take our combined assets, make smart recommendations based on our agreement and provide a detailed division that took away all of the financial stress and worry. In hindsight, I wish we would have met with Leah first; it would have saved us time and simplified the divorce process.”

– Abby

“I am so grateful to have gone through this process with Leah! In addition to being very knowledgeable about the dissolution process, she is also kind and considerate of both parties. Leah brings a seasoned perspective into the conversations that is truly helpful when one has not gone through anything like this before. She is very patient through indecisiveness and miscommunications. I could not have imagined having to do this without her!”

– Jenny

“Leah was a tremendous resource for me. She gave me tons of ideas for negotiations and helped me figure out to the dollar what my liabilities could be. I have pages of notes from our session. Having a cerfied divorce financial analyst is a great tool during a divorce because they help you figure out the financial implications of your decisions which are often made emotionally, instead of rationally during this difficult time. I will call on Leah for additional sessions. I feel much more confident now as I move forward.”

– Nan
