Meet Trina Nudson, Founder, BeH20
Trina Nudson has a passion for helping kids. Always has. She has worked for the Child in Need of Care division for her district attorney’s office, and held jobs as: a foster care social worker, a juvenile corrections offer, a juvenile intake counselor and case manager, and a truancy diversion officer. Trina is a licensed social worker, a divorce attorney, a certified mediator, a parenting coordinator, a domestic case manager, a certified divorce coach, and a conflict management coach. If I had one word to say about Trina, it would be: wow!
So when I heard about her co-parenting program, BeH20, I knew it was going to be something special. Aimed to empower, strengthen and transform co-parenting relationship, this online course is for parents who want not just what’s best for the kids, but what’s best for their lives, too. Trina’s Bio:
Trina A. Nudson founded The Layne Project, Inc. in 2008 after working eight (8) collective years in the field of Social Work and Family Law. This unique agency was founded alongside Trina’s law practice, My Child Advocate, PA. She continues to maintain her licenses as a social worker and attorney.
While attending law school, Trina worked in the Child in Need of Care Division of the District Attorney’s office in Topeka, and prior to that she held a position as foster care social worker with Kansas Children’s Service League. She also served as a juvenile corrections officer, juvenile intake counselor and case manager, and truancy diversion officer. Her passion for helping children is what led her to founding both companies.
In addition to being a licensed social worker and attorney, Trina is also a trained and certified mediator, conciliator, parenting coordinator and domestic case manager through the State of Kansas, and is trained as a certified divorce coach and conflict management coach. She is currently a member of the Kansas Bar Association, Johnson County Bar Association, Johnson County Family Law Inn of Court, Juvenile Bench Bar, Supervised Visitation Network, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. Trina is also trained in collaborative law.
Trina’s education background includes a J.D. and Bachelors Degree from the University of Kansas. She earned her BSW in 1998, and later that year received her BGS in Human Development and Family Life with an emphasis on Delinquency and Juvenile Justice. Trina graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2003.
